Your title and your content is misleading.You should understand some mental illnesses are biological like diabetes etc and need medication.As it is mental illnesses is vdifficult to diagnose,plus huge fear and stigma to take medicines.So better you leave this education to medical people and only talk about ways to manage along with medical treatment. Your talk is not going to help people if they become negative towards medical consultation.And also adds to doctors difficulty too.
