I totally understand the mental block on the flyaway. I have gone through so many stages of mine. I got mine when I was 9 as a Silver. I am now 12, a Level 6 and a week ago today my coach literally had to pull me off the bar. Im not even joking a week ago I couldnt do a flyaway in practice. I did do it in competition but as we say it all comes together at competition. And today , a week later I am doing layouts off the bar. YOU GOT THIS🫶🏻
