His line choice is amazing. He straightens everything out, even if it means cutting through the woods.

at what point does it become cutting the track? 6:40. I guess it just comes down to the fact that there is no tape there?

I've raced off-road for almost 20 years. We all push the limits of course deviation. That was cutting the course but, it's not marked so we just call it a pass and argue it over a beer in the pits.

Are the fresh lines a last minute selection or are they lines you've scoped out when walking the course? Either way it's incredible that you can choose to take it split second or remember where they are.

jonah12 definitely walking the course and figured out if it was good within the 25 ft.

Yep those were all premeditated prior to lap one. Would be very hard to find those without walking the course. And yes they were all within the legal limits.

Just a heads up, I know you're hauling ass, but setting the GoPro to 60fps makes the action look a lot slower than it actually was. Human eyes don't see things this fluid when you're going that fast. So to give people a true feel for how fast you are going, set it to 24fps next time. It's way more realistic to the real speed. Unless you plan on slow motion later, 60fps shouldn't be used for this type of video.
@DannyPopov6 жыл бұрын
I like the smoother/higher frame rate
