I honestly think it was a really bad choice on their end to try to make him a villain. This is the XIII-3 version of Snow, and while he does get kind of dark, at no point is he actually a villain in that game, and he's clearly a hero in the other two

No idea, don't even get me started on Caius XD. He was the perfect choice for XIII's villain (and is basically my favorite villain in the series), but apparently he's not very popular in jp x.x. Gabranth I'm pretty sure will get in eventually, as they said they do want to get all of the missing 012 characters back!
