​@@MirkoCastseven cheffin.. it's fun wartching him spitting fire abd very proud because there's onic in indo.. understandable, because of the title drought indo experiencing in the only two major international tournaments of moonton but you can really feel that he's really fair and accepting the fact thag indo is no way near to PH.. yes, even if onic won M5 there will be no indo era or indo as the strongest region.. if onic got m5 (and msc) onic will be hailed as the strongest team in the world onic dominated this era.. and that means this could be the onic era.. there will be onic era but that doesn't mean indo is stronger than PH as a region.. how can you say "indo era" (supposed onic got m5) if onic is the only team that can compete to any PH teams or onic is the only indo team that is in the PH level while PH getting those major titles with different teams even having PHvPH finals that was close to happening again in both msc and m5? it's not the other way around... it's not no PH team or only one PH team that can compete to any indonesian teams (in that situation, you can say it's indo era).. again, even if onic got the m5 title, there's still no indo era or indo as the strongest region.. but we can say that there will be Onic Era or Onic as the strongest team in the world.... but with bren getting m5, Bren is hailed as the strongest team in the world.. not just because mseries is more prestigious than msc but both bren and onic getting minor/semi-major international titles left and right in the past few months... if bren didn't have those minor tournament titles, while onic got minor titles and got choked in m5, we can say onic is still the strongest team despite losing... that's why i'm also kinda pissed of arashi bragging about onic achivements.. the pride overshadowed his logic... lols! he forgot that onic is the only indo team that is on PH level and it's not the other way around..

AP Bren came out with a great plan and executed it too well in all of the GF games. I've never seen Kiboy and Sanz get slapped real hard in early stages of the games resulting to their formation and rotation collapse. Meanwhile Butts got painfully butchered by Flaptzy for the tiktok reels. Onic simply got out-drafted , out- executed and outclassed.End of story. Already called this in ESL since that was a close series.AP Bren made adjustments,Onic stuck to their gameplay and got busted. The better team won, deservedly...👍

During M2 only Bren can keep up with Indo teams. After that came Blacklist. Even then, the strength between Indo and Ph was still close and lot of Ph teams are still shaky going up against Indo teams. But right now, the tables have turned. We have four strong teams that can beat the strongest Indo can offer.

I would like also to add that Indonesian teams just want to close the gap with instant solutions, aka imports. That is a bad way. You are just stifling local Indonesian talents. The gap between PH and Indo is not on micro-mechanical skills but on macro. Super marco was useless when he debuted. Look at him right now. It took multiple seasons for Bren to get back to the top.

To comment about Kairi’s mistake, I totally agree that the rest of Onic’s players should’ve defended until he revives. BUT in the minds of those players at that time. A lot of things happening at the same time. Stress, physically and mentally tired, and chaos is starting on their mind. For you to climb back from 3-1 deficit to tie it up 3-3 is so tiring. It’s just unfortunate that all those factors triggered at the same time when that unfortunate play happened and I cannot blame them as every player/team have the tendencies of doing it. Looking forward to Onics players future, they’ll become stronger and mentally prepared as well. In any games, you must have mental fortitude as it will help you win games especially in pressure moments.

Those were always the contested pos and the ones that needs to be taken down. The marksmen were essential in the mid to lane. Because CW used Claude most of the time, he was not a problem until mid to late. For that reason, when the games started to reach past 15 mins Bren started to have a hard time because CW was already in his power spike.

also, mseriew was actually the goal for kairi (msc was just a bonus) if you watched the bataan boys of bonchan as well as some of kairi's interviews, you can really feel that kairi is ready to leave onic and wil try to get title in mpl ph with the bataan boys (playing alongside edward and renejay) if he got mseries title.. so those who said kairi is an impostor is really stupid.. really didn't know kairi.. about the pause, it's part of the game.. and it is requested before granted so, it's fair... yes, there will be some instances where you will be on the downside but that can happen on either side.. you can't actually gain upperhand by pausing because the ref has the final decision if he granted your request.. and i believe you can be penalize for requesting pause without valid reason

i agree that CW and Sanz are the carry for gf but that's bcus kiboy rotation and kairi farm are shutdown by kyle owgwen and flap. Here's the difference look how flap is out macro butts in terms of rotation (with the big gold diff as well) shows flap outclass butts totally in the gf. Overall it may seem as a team gap and ap bren just outdraft outmacro outclass onic but it mainly started from the exp then to the roam and jungler causing kiboy not having space to initiate and kairi way behind in farming. Yeah, I do agree that at the end of the day, it's business as usual. Esports organizations need engagements for them to attract sponsors. The same applies to other games, especially in League (LoL), where Korean teams have been dominating the scene, making it challenging for other regions to keep up. That's why, most NA teams struggle to compete internationally. As a solution, NA has hired players from different regions to enhance their competitive edge on the international stage. This trend is also observed in Dota 2 and other esports. Lastly, for esports organizations,it's not a charity; being in last place isn't healthy for them as a business. To survive they need to at least be at the top or compete with the best in their own region.

I was one of the crowd in RMC during the Grand Finals Match..literally it was really loud that I couldn't clearly hear you, Laphel and Wolf when the crowd goes loud 😅 I was sitting at the side where some ONIC Indonesian supporters. That night was really a fun one, we cheer for ONIC when the supporters start chanting and when AP BREN supporters chant starts we cheer loudly as well. 😅 Thanks for recognizing us Filipino crowd. 🫶 I wasn't able to take pictures with you guys (casters) because we were so far, and the entire match took all our energy and we all are hungry. 😅 But it was really an amazing experienced to see you all (casters, talents, coaches and players) in flesh on my very first live tournament experience. 🫶 Hope M Series will come back to 🇵🇭 in the future. 🙏

As a filipino myself I've seen or we've all seen how ph teams clearly dominated the international competition for several years until Kairi and Yeb joined onic that completely change the tides on how the international tournas would look just like the previous years. Kairi was asked which team he wants to join if ever he wants to play in PH again and he said, blacklist or onic ph. Kairi, Bon Chan, Edward and Renejay are from the same hometown.. they call themselves Bataan boys because they're all from Bataan. They know each other even before they became pro players. I was there watching live in the RMC and I can truly confirm that the crowd was loud af. I bought the Epic ticket and I was seated at the top section and the seat there actually is not that comfy haha for a 500 pesos worth ticket (it's just a long wood). I would disagree on the friendship part for all the members of the team. I think it is VERY important that you all get along to play well together. The "regular" work comparison does not fit with 5v5 moba since at work, you each have your own responsibility. In ML, what you do (or dont do) directly affects your team mates. Prime example is Echo. They were so dominant last year until they had team issue with Yawi. And that started their decline

Onic made a mistake as a whole team. Blaming it on one person is the dumbest thing. Of course Kairi wanted to win. He wouldn't have played till Game 7 if he just wanted PH to take the title. Onic fucked up and APBren capitalized because they are just as good, if not better than Onic. They may not have the superstar status of Onic's players but they sure function as one hell of a team. They handled the pressure much better than Onic and that ultimately got them the championship. It's really not that hard to acknowledge that they're just the better team for now. If anything, this is a call for MPL Indonesia to step the fuck up and play their hearts out so they can another shot at redemption. Props to both teams. Everyone did their best but Kyle, Marco, Flap, Pheww, and Owgwen played Game 7 better. I wanna see more thrilling games like these so even as a Filipino, I would love to see Indonesia come back stronger than ever.

The thing about all this is PH also started with rookies… trusted them with the process of improving, giving them time to shine, polish and keep on grinding. PH players don’t come “ready made”. They went through the process, and I expect the same for ID. They just need to trust their players more and not rely on instant success. There’s a reason why RRQ is the most loved in ID despite ONIC giving them multiple titles. It’s because RRQ “before” was all-indo. In ID, yes winning the championship brings sponsors. But just imagine winning championships and it’s all ID players. Just imagine the glory and the pride, and the amount of sponsors. Only if they don’t join the wagon of importing, they need to put the extra work.

Watch wolf podcast with coach panda on how coach panda recruits players, that is how you find new talent so you don't have to import players from other countries. It also states that there is a limit when a team doesn't have bond and only thinks about the game, coach panda says they won't get too far. Onic indo back in M3 placed top 12th while Onic PH was 1st runner up, then after kairi & yeb went to indo, Onic indo improved a lot, Yeb even said in one of his interview that he was surprised how much indo teams doesnt know much about the macro mechanics in the game that the filipinos are doing. Kairi & yeb definitely contributed a lot in improving onic members which made them stomp every teams in MPL INDO, before it was definitely Kairi esports but now, Every members of onic are now stepping up as they have already learned lots of things from kairi & yeb. So its not only kairi carryin anymore but even tho, they mostly lack chemistry when kairi is not an assasin, they dont know how to play around a utility jungler meta, thats why they are havin a hard time during the grandfinals, Bren was just able to execute it well & they know how to deal with a utility jungle meta as they are always dealing with that kind of strategy back in PH cuz almost everyteam uses it.

One of Dogie's points that was lost in translation is that Indo's scared of taking losses that would help in developing their amateur players. Examples were Echo with San/San when they were new and the team took a chance on them, ending up as M4 champions. And Bren with Kyletzy and Ogwen when they were still losing previous MPLs but after learning from their losses, also ended up as M5 champs. I also hope other teams produce more talent by taking a chance with them, not being scared to take the loss. I think that's what's lacking from other regions; the eye for new talent

Hi Mirko! As a long time NA MLBB supporter living outside of their region, I can say that your take on the ego situation of NA is absolutely spot on. I do want to highlight out a few things though, with regards to all the individual players through the M4-M5 series. MobaZane himself, yes has a lot of haters and doubters because he's on the lower end of the mechanics game, but he has the leadership and the drive to push teams to win with him. Despite the fact that I've not always liked his ego and the way he brings across himself on some issues, he's the only jungler that can unfortunately make the huge calls under the highest pressure. Bestplayer1 has all the hero pool, but in a lot of situations as I've observed in his international stage experience, he's not being drafted his heavy comfort picks in my honest opinion, he's being restricted to something that is not within his ability just yet. I feel that he also needs to gain this understanding of playing junglers and following the tempo/rotation nature of the draft that has been given to him in tournaments. Hoon needs to step up his game a lot for sure, as a long time fan of his, I was gutted that the talent he has was just not visible on the international scene. Basic/ZIA have been alright in past international tournament history, I'm no hater of both of them, but they still need to know when to pick their fights and know their winning conditions better. Shark has all the talent in him even after all these years, but I think he just needs to have the bravery to make better calls and get him on something more aggressive, if not it feels like he's a huge wasted talent when internationally in ratings, he's definitely very high up the list (even imo matching borderline PH level+-). FwydChickn is a very versatile EXP laner and has a massive hero pool with great macro. Having him onto the super team would definitely help to a large extent, but he definitely has to be able to bring the swagger and show that he has the bossy side of the EXP mentality, he's definitely up there if you give him the chance to perform again. Wishing NA the very best, and hopefully egos can be put aside for the sake of their relevance in the international stage.
