hey kairos, don't know if you already noticed, but in every tipe of drop is possible to "know" what the reward is. If in the start it makes the sound of coins, it will be or bling, or power points or coins. If it doesn't make any sound of coins, it will be from xp doublers to brawlers

That's on the device part. All drops are predetermined, at least once you press to collect them. Usually it does not make a coins sound until you get the reward

I think it would have been optimal to only pick demon drops especialy after you got all their skin because then rank three drops have a higher chance of guving rewards and not skins and i think that is goign to be a pretty noticable diffrence.

Shocked? 100 gems is 0,11% chance which means 1 in 900. So if we opened about 225 starr drops, 1 out of 4 people get it. If you got it 3 times, means you are 1 in 12.

I’m not sure how many of the drops most people opened on average, but let’s just use your estimate of 225. This means you have 225 independent events, each with a 1/900 chance of success. If you use 3 for x you can then calculate the probability of getting at least 3 successes. The final probability comes out to 0.00214, which is just over 1 in every 500 people. As you can see, getting 3 drops of 100 gems is in no way unbelievable, but compared to the 78% chance you don’t get a single 100 gem drop it’s vastly more rare

To get the actual probability you can model the situation with a binomial distribution. Using your estimate of 225 drops throughout the event you get about a 0.2% chance of getting the 100 gems 3 times, but about a 78% chance of not getting it at all. This means Kairos is with the wide majority of players who never got it, and the commenter who got it 3 times is substantially more lucky than the average player. Note: if you want me to explain the calculations in more detail I’d be happy to. I have a degree in statistics and this is practically my job
