First check neech bhanga yoga on Jupiter. If Jupiter is making neech bhanga yoga, you will be benefited in career in Jupiter dasas. As you mentioned, Jupiter is debilitated in D1 and exalted in D9, this shows neechta of Jupiter is destroyed upto 25% due to neech bhanga yoga formed on jupiter. Check other conditions of neech bhanga yoga for more details. This also shows that, you have learnt from your past experience and your learning will help you in 2nd half of your life. Back you question, my answer to your question is - there will be negative effect of Jupiter in 1st half of your life. If neech bhanga yoga formed on juputer, you will be benefited in career in Jupiter dasa; intensity of benefit depends on strength of neech bhanga yoga. Jupiter will have average effect in latter half of your life. This is my understanding. Please check on professional astrologer for details and accuracy.
