The truth is that in this country songs based on REAL ISSUES either never blow up(Vijay) or die with the issue (Kaisa Mera Desh) coz music is still perceived as a form of entertainment rather than an ART form in itself like if the song cannot be played in parties or in cars, or cannot sooth you then its TRASH.... I mean tell me a person who has listened to VYANJAN and can say that the song does not DESERVES 100M views !! People often discredit Kr$na's work saying that all he does is DISSING someone, but they forget that he is making disstracks for the last like 1-1.5 year in his 14 years of rapping !!! (Also the disstracks were some of the best in DHH). Talking about the issue-based rapping, yes he has made such songs but he started his career for battle rapping and wrote his first song with the intention to destroy the opponent. Also a rapper has to earn something and also when you comeback after making NO MUSIC for like 3 yr you do need a boost for the career. But i agree with Jyoti and would love to see him doing such songs, probably in his album... #awaam
