Annual income of 8.2lk means 70k per month. Many government employees after 10-15 yrs exp aged 40 are earning more than this. It's just normal in small towns, villages and small or mid sized cities. Nothing affluent in that

@@ShaPun-m2rJust consider 6-7% growth typical. you are really getting lost in numbers. Also you are not understanding cycles. Otherwise you would have known why there was no up trend from 2017,18 till 2020 and what has caused 2020+ boom and why extrapolating it is a bad idea. M talking economy and not stock market. Also $ itself depreciate 2% every year due to inflation. (Not talking bout rupee dollar depreciation). 10k $ not going to change anything after 10-15 yrs. Many other countries like US, European countries, East Asian countries, Aus will be at 150k Also you aren't understanding what per capita is. Let's say a family of 4, a married couple and 2 children. 2k $ per capita means 8k $ for that family. If parent/s then currently it's 10-12k per family which is 8-10lk annually. Income of every/majority of family cannot go up 5 times in 10 yrs. May be 2 times if lucky. Per capita means top 1-2% people's income going to be increased exponentially. Next 2-4% would be increased very much but average is going to be 2 times in 10 yrs. Meaning many people will grow even less than 2 times then only it's going to be adjusted with first 3-5% rich people who are going to make big. So after 10 yrs, consider less than 1% going to make in 1+ crores annual. 2-3% going to make 50lk-1cr and middle class Or government employees going to make 20-25 lpa annually. Even in terms of 120₹/$ it's 20k $ for a typical family where one of married couple is earning and children going school. Means 5k $ per capita for that family. But importantly majority of people will end up less than $2k even after 10 yrs (forget about 10k) and they will compensate the people with 1 cr+ earning because that's what average is calculated. So just consider 6% growth typically. Sometimes 4-5% in bad yrs and 7-8% in very good year
