I work for KP in the Ga region and I believe that was an amazing concept. If we could expand that type of technology across the country, just think how awesome, healthy and definitely thriving the country would be! If that's what our future looks like then we are heading in the right direction.

+Michelle Marks Kaiser leaves the others in the dust. Kaiser has streamlined service and provider/patient communications SYSTEMS that none of the others have. The others are aloof, even punitive-like toward their patient base, burying them in claims related paperwork.

So how 'bout connecting people not in Kaiser coverage areas by expanding or increasing coverage areas? I love Kaiser, but I can't have Kaiser because I'm not in a Kaiser region. Kaiser needs to expand...Open more coverage areas, etc..
