Theres something about watching you and do your daily routines that it is so motivating and makes me want to become the best version of myself. I was never scared to get my cavity’s filled. Just know that they don’t mean to hurt you on purpose and it will help you get better! I did have some filled and I became addicted to the gas so i dont ask them to give it too me anymore hehe❤❤

Can I just say how wonderful your videos are? you are so right, I get anxious and depressed about a whole heap of stuff and when I tell someone I’m anxious about going down, see my brother or I’m anxious about Christmas or generally anxious. My mum or someone in my family will say to me how come you’re anxious about doing that whatever it is I am anxious about and they will say, but why when most people would find that not anxious, and yet there are things that I can do which most people would find anxious. So basically I am the opposite, I get anxious about things that people would normally not be anxious about and things that typically people would find anxious about, I don’t, and I think that’s why my family find it hard to understand why I get anxious about particular things. I’m not just an anxious person. I am also someone who suffers with depression and mental health issues and dyslexia.

The almost passing out at the dentist might have been the epinephrine they add to the numbing agent (Lidocaine probably) to make it stronger and last longer. You can ask for them to use the numbing agent without epinephrine in most cases.

honestly getting cavities filled is the worst thing about the dentist, it hurt more then getting 4 teeth pulled. They gave me 12 shots butttttttt it wasn’t even that bad and the pain only lasts 30 minutes - 1 hour and I got 3 filled at once
