Kaiyavir is the hidden gem of north bengal and the new offbeat tourist spot in north bengal near Darjeeling.Darjeeling town is Situated just about 21 kms from here and 78 kms away from Siliguri.It takes three and half hours via dudhia,mirik, pasupati and Sukhiapokhri from Siliguri. It is a truly offbeat place and a hidden gem of north bengal .lush greenery, picturesque village,calm nature, smile facing village people, villagelife , large varieties of flowers and a beautiful Homestay called Sherpa Community Homestay which is a tourist attraction itself are the main attraction of this place near Darjeeling. I have stayed at this place and the homestay just for one day in the middle of October. Lopsang Sherpa is the owner of this homestay and he is a great man with a lot of experience about the socio, political and economic structure of this village , specially medicinal value of each and every tree .I have come to know a lot of things from him.He is a wise person .In this travel video I have shared my experience about this village as per as the mountainview homestay.Hope you enjoy this travel vlog.
