Great content as always. I use a cable machine on a plyo box or bench for leg extensions. My tip is to use an S-hook to attach the cable to the ankle strap, much easier than trying to attach or detach a carabiner . Same with cable machine or landmine belt squats, it’s easier to detach from the S hook, vs a carabiner. Also, I’ve tried the Omnistrap pro, similar to monkey feet. It also has hooks for the cable, so it can help solve the resistance curve problem. You get resistance from the cable at the beginning and from the dumbbell at the top. A bit clunky. I usually just use the cable.

That amazing, i have a request. I have a spin bike. I would like to build motion handle bars in order to turn it into a "assault/air bike" i was thinking of using pvs pipe and flat bars to make the linkage. But i don't know how i would go about attaching everything to the spin bike. How would you go about it. Perhaps a video to show, i been looking everywhere to find this but i have yet to find anyone that has done something like this

I cannot in good conscience support a company who takes ideas from the community without giving royalties or proper credit. This company now has several products that are strikingly similar to things I’ve made and innovative ideas from others that I have featured.

Why do people not buy used equipment?? I got a valor fitness seated leg curl, extension for $80 used. New it's $350. My entire gym 11 machines cost less than $1k including 500lbs weights and mats, plus 3 cardo machines . Most them were free or nearly free as people didnt want to move them.
@KaizenDIYGym10 ай бұрын
Hye, thanks for watching! I answer that question at 2:00 Remember that your experience in life in unique to you. Not everyone has the privilege of living in an area where used equipment is readily available. Not everyone has the available cash or transportation methods and there can be safety concerns, to name a few. Additionally, some people enjoy building and being creative. Creativity has long term cognitive benefits.
