Capitalist will always ensure every inch is maximize for capital gain, it is up to the council and urban planner to design rules and masterplan which dictates site coverages, impermeable area, and green buffer zone.

@@mikecsj1 planting tree is in a capitalist best inter5, one just had to look at SP setia, UEM, Tropicana township and see how much tree they plant. It's a bit sad that most developers in Kajang are from the old-school cinapek mentality. They cut down every tree and as a outcome their development aren't selling at a premium nor fully sold out. So it's not capitalism is at fault it's their own stupidity

@@FaizalMohdMustapa agree, maybe I should say a well informed capitalist will learn that trees are important features in the long run. Yet in the reality , this was almost always a should have , would have ,and could have situation.

Ya Allah Ya Tuhanku, wahai anak muda kemana gerangan anda? Berpusing2 jalan yg sama. Restoran satay Ada depan Metro, sebelah stadium pun ada. Satay Kajang ada Di mana2. Penat nenek tengok..
