Kaju Modak
Ingredients:
250gm - Cashew
Stuffing:
1+1/2 tbsp - Almonds Chopped
1+1/2 tbsp - Pistachio Chopped
1+1/2 tbsp - Cashew Chopped
½ tsp - Cardamom Powder
½ tbsp- Powder Sugar
1 tsp - Kesar Soaked
Chasni:
180 gm - Sugar
¼ Cup - Water
1 tbsp - Ghee
Kesar Color
Pistachio Flakes
Method:
Take a Cashew and Make a Powder
Stuffing: Take above things and Mix together Keep aside
Cashni: Take a Sugar and Water, make a 1 String Consistency and Put Cashew Powder, Mix Properly, add Ghee and Make a Thick Consistency
Take a Silicon Mat or Plastic, put above Mixture, Knead with the help of Plastic or silicon Mat. Make a Smooth Dough
Take Little Dough then Kesar Color, Mix and Keep aside.
Take a Modak Mould, Put Some Pista Flakes, Spread Kesar Mixture, white Dough, then Pista Stuffing above and Close the Mould and Make a Modak
