Todo depende del instructor,el mío mete mucho sparring, y mucha patada a las piernas,esto son técnicas para aprender el estilo,la lucha siempre es diferente..el boxeo,se hace manoplas,saco y luego el combate,aquí tecnicas, y muy enfocado a la defensa de calle, en la calle con los dos primeros sobra.,la patada baja a la entrepierna va en casi todas las técnicas..un saludo
