Hello my dear viewer! Today I am sharing with you the incredibly easy and sponge-soft Cocoa Cupcake recipe. This recipe is number one in my recipe book, because it is a dessert that can be prepared in a short time when the children want dessert or when guests suddenly come. Actually, cupcake is a "portion cake". If you want, you can squeeze cream on it and decorate it differently.
INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs (2 pieces)
- Sugar (1 cup)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Oil (1/2 cup)
- Flour (1.5 cups)
- Baking powder (1 pack)
- Vanilla (1 pack)
- Cocoa (1 tablespoon)
HOW TO COOK ?
1) Beat the egg and sugar until foamy.
2) Then add the milk and oil to the mixture and whisk again.
3) Then add the flour, vanilla, baking powder and cocoa and mix.
4) Take the baking pan in which you placed the cupcake papers on the counter and divide the cake mortar into the cupcake papers with the help of a spoon.
** If you don't have cupcake papers, I've prepared another video for you on what to use instead**
5) If you want you can sprinkle chocolate chips on cupcakes.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, try not to open the oven door.
** You can check whether the cupcakes are cooked or not with a toothpick. If a toothpick comes out cleanly inside the cupcake, it is done. If mortar sticks on it, it means it's not cooked yet **
