It should be noted that you can buy the HG Psycho Gundam for about 65 USD on BBTS. While it's not as detailed, it's cheaper, will hold up better, and you can have it get in a scale accurate fist fight with the HG Destroy and the upcoming HG Psycho Gundam Mk II.

Also it gives you a PG sized kit for high end MG money. The articulation it has is all it really needs. Though if you want, you can look for an AoZ Gigantic Arms unit kit and swap out the arms, since those are compatible and feature double-jointed elbows.

Because grunts are more of a niche thing and usually sold less than the main Gundams or any of the main antagonist mobile suits. Unless maybe it's a Leo or non-customized Zaku II.

Particularly the Character & Creature Building System (CCBS) which was all about a base frame you armor up. Im not suprised on another niche mass production type grunt suit getting the pbandai treatment. While it may be upsetting to part of the community, people have to realize a set like this holds no real value as a standard release, especially in the long run. With the large amount of non-protagonist and non-antagonist kits I see sit on the shelves, idk why people are still shocked at this type of behavior from Bandai. This kit also will probably be available for pre-order for months, so if ya want one, get one, because theyll be plenty for a while.

ALC Encounter is a genuine sideshow to those who are there for the GWX/TV Asahi era anniversary. And with 2/3 of the main suits already made as Real Grade, they might make the Wing Zero TV, Gundam X + Divider and Double X as Real Grades. Also waiting for the G-Falcon that is cross compatible with both HG and RG, though I bet my money it's P-Bandai because of course.

The P-Bandai stuff is getting quite out of hand imo. Not only do popular units go there, like all the G Gundam kits, but even grunts. Accessory packs too, I haven't seen any accessory pack ever, and all the new ones are going straight to P-Bandai. For someone who lives in Europe these are pretty much impossible to get and it's quite saddening to hear they are going more and more into it.

Any accessory that is used by or heavily associated with a particular mecha will have a high chance of going to P-Bandai. If a mecha doesn't belong to or is not known to be used by a significant character then it usually doesn't sell well enough for retail. I am not saying you cannot be upset but accessory packs, grunt suits, and old series don't sell well enough to go to retail.
