Kael'thas was and is my favorite character in W3, and i will forever stand by my opinion that he drew the short straw when it came to writing. (I am not saying the writing was bad or illogical but he was the scapegoat of the lore for pretty much ever) My core rejects the unjust treatment of his character, just so that he could be a raid boss, and that the blood elves could join the Horde. Justice for fucking poor Kael'thas bish!

The problem with that logic is that the blood elves are the ones who rejected being part of the alliance, due to extensive lore reasons, when the undead crisis ended they joined the horde because Silvanas convinced them, Silvanas didn't have trouble convincing them for the reason that she was the closest thing that the blood elves had of a legitimate leader, don't know why Blizzard never exploited more that relation between silvanas and the blood elfs, in BC and WoLk you could find many elfs working directly under lady Silvanas orders don't know why that changed in posterior expansions. posdata: sorry for the bother I am just a little obsessive with the lore.

Having played a Blood Elf since TBC I found this quite fun! Only thing I guess I could point out on the lore part is that they have been one of the most active races in the Horde (Isle of Thunder, the Suramar City rebellion, etc). And let's not forget when Grand Magister "When I say it's a bad idea, it's a bad idea!" Rommath said Lor'Themar would make an excellent Warchief. \o/

@@notoriousbig3k Actually for the blood elfs silvanas was the closest thing they had for a legitimate leader, I don't know why Blizzard never exploited more that. In BC and Wrath of the Lich King you could find elfs (npcs) working directly under Silvanas orders, in fact if you create a blood elf and follow all the story missions in order you end in front of Lady Silvanas receiving some of your first level 25-30 missions from her. The reason why Silvermoon looks always in construction in the game (because in the expanded lore Silvermoon has already been reconstructed) is because when you create a new blood elf character the "adventure" of your character starts just in the moment when the blood elfs were about to join the Horde at the begining of Burning Crusade, in that time Blood elf were in a difficult situations because they were isolated and surrounded by the renmants of the plague. They joined the horde, first because they suffered years of distrust and rejection from the humans that make Lor'themar reject the offer from Stormwind to join the alliance and second because they were being attacked by the Night Elfs. Lor'themar and the blood elf troops were pushing to kick out the renmants of the scourge out of High elf (or blood elf) territory ( The forest of the eternal song) and the Night Elfs instead of help as representatives of the Alliance were sabotaging the war efforts of the blood elf against the plage, on the contrary Lady silvanas arrived with her forces of renegades and help the Blood elfs to push back those renmants of the scourge and kick out the Night Elfs. The Night Elfs were sabotaging the blood elfs because they were afraid of the possibility that if the high elfs (or blood elf) regained their stability and power they would start to do crazy and unnatural shit again with magic, and you know that Night elfs don't like when people mess with nature, even so I am not sure if it was the smartest move to do, because that not only deepen the distrust of Blood Elf against the Alliance but also make the blood elf hate the alliance.

Holy crap I loved this. The RP responses on AD were literal perfection.
