Kakka Roast || നാടൻ കക്ക റോസ്റ്റ് ||Kerala Clams Fry ||Kakka Ularthiyathu||Ep:393

Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Clams-250gm
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
Chilli powder-3/4tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Coriander Powder-3/4tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Pepper-10
Coconut Pieces-10
Green Chilli-3
Shallots-30
or
Big Onion-2
Fennel seeds-1/2tsp
Ginger-one small piece
Garlic-6 cloves
Curry leaves-plenty of
Coconut Oil-
Water-1cup
Tomato-1 (opt)
Method
Clean and wash clams thoroughly.
Then Pressure these by adding water ,salt and turmeric powder ,for 6 whistles in medium flame.
After that allow to rest till the pressure goes completely .
Now heat oil in a kadai ..
Add crushed ginger garlic,fennel seeds and pepper ..
Saute for one minute .
Then add coconut slices,green chilli ,curry leaves and small onions.
Add salt and mix .
Saute till the onion become light golden colour .
Then add all the powders and saute till the raw smell goes .
Now add cooked clams and mix well..
Add if more oil is needed ..
Roast well according to ur preferences .
Finally add few tomato pieces without seeds,one green chilli and curryleaves .
So yummy Kerala clams roast is ready to serve ..
