Mobile phone snacthing gang in ORN faced by Aspirants: Why no one talking mobile snatching, necklaces snatching issues in Karolbagh, ORN gali, patelnagar, gol-chakkar because that is also a important safety security issues related to aspirants life. In day light those scooter gang snatch mobile phone from aspirant and after 10:30 PM they use knife chaku cilli powder.
