1. 1.5 cup semolina
2. 1 cup curd
3. 1 cup water
4. 1 tsp salt
5. ½ tsp dr ginger powder
6. ½ tsp green chilly paste
7. 1.25 tsp eno (total)
For green chutney-
1. 2-3 green chutney
2. 3-4 currey leaves
3. 2 tbsp peanuts
4. ½ tsp salt
5. 1.5 tsp lemon juice
6. ½ tsp sugar
7. ½ tsp cumin seeds
8. ¼ tsp asafoetida
9. 1 cup coriander leaves
10. 1-2 tbsp water
For tadka-
1. 1.5 tbsp oil
2. 1.5 tsp black mustard seeds
3. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
4. 1.5 tsp white sesame seeds
5. Asafoetida
6. 8-10 curry leaves
7. Chopped coriander leaves
