You're on to something when you talked about it resembling some song from Fate/Stay Night. Kalafina has sung a few songs for Fate/Stay Night. In fact, this song is one of ending themes of Kara no Kyoukai which is a story that happens in the same universe as Fate/Stay Night and which is also written by the same author.

Someone else already mentioned that they sadly disbanded, but I would really suggest KEIKO's "Nanairo no Finale" ! She's a former member of the group and recently released a solo album last December I think
