Its an absolute bliss! To Thanu, surely, this print looks stunning as it is, but please do consider remastering this film in 4K, with a re-release in cinemas as the 25th anniversary is coming up. @@im1480 @im1480 For MGR, Nayanthara and vikram they spent their most life in the tamil industry. They didn't do noteworthy movies in Malayalam to be called MALAYALAM lead actors. As for actresses they must have one scene or song in the movie that shows they come from kerala even though they were talking tamil the whole time. Tamil industry top actors and actresses are from kerala and Karnataka. Yet to satisfy tamil audience they downgrade Malayalam actors. Even this movie the original version had extended time which was done by Malayalee tamil director. But the movie has cut just 7 minutes by the Tamil producer- this youtube channel's owner. Why? If you look at the original version which is available in Amazon prime you will understand. The early cutscene where given to mammooty and srividya's(malayalee) scene. Other Mammooty movies which are thalapathy where his character was very poorly written which doesn't make any sense. Nanpakal nerath mayakam was directed by malayalee lijo jose pellisery which was basically a malayalam movie.

@@thegodfather193 Malayalam actors play Cameo roles for pan India tag. Ex: mohan lal in jailer was a Cameo, But the villain a malayali actor was given a good character right and it is celebrated‼️ In Jilla Mohan Lal, have played a well written character right ‼️ You are confusing Cameo and character role‼️ You are saying Mammootty role in thalapathy is not written well, but in TN it is celebrated‼️ Yes I accept, most of time Malayalam actors speak in Tamil in Kollywood movies & I have seen Malayalam actors speaking in Tamil when the story goes around TN. Good ex: nanpagal nerathu mayakam, Tamil is used as it is happening in TN. The reason is because of the industry difference, Mollywood is more towards realistic cinema but Kollywood is not. Please understand we are not language chauvinist😅, that's why i gave example of MGR also ex CM of TN. I knew for sure even a Tamil belongs to Kerala can never become CM in Kerala. If we get OTT datas for Malayalam movies, most probably in number of views we Tamils will be in the top. I have watched Malayalam movies even without subtitles. Actually Mommooty have played lead role in lots of full fledged blockbuster Tamil movie(I'm not saying about dubbed) You please search about it‼️

I'm logging this review at a point in life where I've come to know that the girl I love is in love with someone else. I needed time to heal, and kinda chose this movie to watch. I relate to Bala a lot, lmao. Bro got a happy ending. I relate to Tabu a lot. When Tabu is happy, I am happy 😭. NGL, ARR definitely did his thing with this one. The last 15 mins? I almost cried 😭. The cast slaps. Probably the top 3 casting choices of the last 25 years. Tabu and Aish as sisters? Ajith and Mammukka. Won't happen in this gen. Sure, the editing translates weirdly to the screen, but it's in the script, casting, acting, and music. It did wonders. I can only dream how it would've been to watch on those days in a big screen. Oof. The love at first sight and simplistic realistic dialogues still stand the test of time. Look at the scene near the end where Bala is questioning his many actions over the years of his life, Meenakshi goes "paathupingala", Bala says "pathupen". It is that simple.
