If ur neck circumference is more than 16 inches that is dangerous for women. Please take care of ur health and take care of ur kid. I wouldn't say u don't have to be narcissist but according to vivekananda it's our dharma to take care ur kid. Sleep well at least 6 to 7 hrs . So that u live long to help even more people.again pardon me to take liberty to advice u.
