Personal recommendation for all who practice meditation:
If you are meditating and have difficulty visualizing things or having difficulty viewing images, watching the kaleidoscope videos is one way to improve this. Looking at the colors and geometric patterns of the kaleidoscopes will activate/open the third eye and on the physical level increase the performance of your visual system in your brain. My tip: Before your next meditation, take a look at one of the kaleidoscopes for 10-15 minutes (longer is of course also possible) and then go into your meditation.
