Now this woman is truly an artist by acrylic pouring with her end results and process is what I feel to be that of a true artistry formation is about. While many if not the majority of others that I have watched over the past 3 years studying and gaining knowledge and gaining a feel of insight from their application and process I find it completely removes the actual talent involved in this skill and process making it appear not to be really an artistry art form rather their process is quite controlled and a step by step learned practice much like an arts and crafts homemakers product result and really undermines the art form and belittles the outcome and as an artist I find it quite a shame at how it's frowned upon these days and looked down on at being a homemakers arts and crafts flea market art form that is nonger unique and amazing. But this woman never fails to amaze Mr with her skill process. She's is anything like no other acrylic pouring artist she's totally amazing and inspirational. Every time I watch a new video by her when it's over I go in paint Something or I do something creative in my life or in my home every time that to me is someone who's a true artist when you have the ability to inspire others. Keep up your fantastic work I love everything that you do you're amazing❤

Oh, thanks for saying that, I took a bit of a hiatus this summer, myself! Achieved one large painting here about a week ago that I’m excited to share about but other than that I’ve just been spending time with my family. It’s amazing how when the season shifts or attention goes back to different things.😁

Oh my goodness Sara, this is so gorgeous 😍 and your tip on the floetrol is just perfect. I'm almost out of floetrol, and when we had some very warm days, it thinned out. 🥴 So I will for sure try and safe the little I have left with gloss medium. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏❤️

Hi Sara, your painting is absolutely awesome! That color scheme is gorgeous. I am so happy to see this painting. There are so many faces that create such a nuance as if they are the spirit keepers of this abstract and have centuries of stories to tell. It is rich in colour and elegant in design and definitely another favorite. Just lovely!

I love how you paint with intention in your blooms, Sara! It is evident in the outcome of your work. Using the different colors of CA that are not layered is a really good look, too. I've said it many times but, I'll say it again😁. I LOVE fluid art! Everybody brings something unique to them to the table or floor😋. I'm a huge fan of your esthetic! When I think about your art it feels very moody. In this sense, it's a good thing. Each of your pieces has a feel to it that invokes an emotion. It's more than just, "Oh that pretty or calming." I'm not trying to be all woo woo here. All I'm saying, is that to me, a good piece of art should invoke an emotion in the viewer. And your work always does that for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of all things that are pretty and shiny. I guess it's the magpie in me. I love the bling! I think that why I love to create mixed media pieces. I get to use gold leaf and crystals to dress them up😏. So before I write a book, I should get to the point. This piece has a calm, collected exterior, with a wildness bubbling just underneath, feel to me. Boy, it really does sound like I'm trying to be all woo woo☺️. I hope you get what I'm saying. I do love this piece!😊🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Sara, I love your style! I look forward to trying it. Why are you wearing a respirator? Is there a specific paint or medium that is strong. The mediums and acrylics I use don't have a strong odor. Unless I use a house paint mixture. Let me know thanks. 🥰

Another question- I would like to attempt my first canvas for my grandsons nursery. I’d like to have the accent wall paint color (latex) Behr carbon copy into my canvas. Should I just try to mix acrylics I guess to get close to that color along with light gray and gold? For some reason I’m so intimidated!
@SaraTaylor Жыл бұрын
You could possibly use the actual paint from Behr, as the pillow…. It’s sort of depends on which technique you’re going to be using.

There is something so forceful about this, in a good way! We should petition KZbin for a "love" button! I really love how focused this it and I LOVE the gold and the pop of blue. This painting is so dimensional o feel like to could walk through the gold and there would be another universe on the other side
