Favorited! Just finished this workout - everything about it was absolutely awesome! Loved the extended time and variation of exercises. Whatever is going on in this session, this workout just felt really, really great! Love when Kaleigh throws in new variations - helps the body stay up and alert. 4/04/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this April Madness, this one is a keeper repeat! Loved everything about it and went from using 10lb DBs on the 1st rounds to 15lb DBs. I felt strong for sure! How's everyone doing for this April Calendar 2023? Many repeats for sure, but I believe if you've kept track such as in a log or journal workout log, look back and see where you were at! I am ready to tackle my day now for sure! I've also noticed that, on my days off, if I must do workouts and put them off for later in the day, I struggle immensely! So, many years ago when I worked out 6 days a week, I did so at 5:30ish in the AM. Woof! That was a tough one with the combos! Went heavy - had to drop weight for chest fly and reverse row 2nd time through but really pleased with pushing myself. Love it!!!!
