Samina Ji, Sanjay Mianwal here. I made the Kaleji dish just like you illustrated. It turned out perfect & delicious. I enjoyed, making & then eating the dish. It made my evening memorable. Your instructions of letting it sit in vinegar water for 30 minutes or so beforehand, to clear away the blood & then withholding the salt till the very last to prevent hardness, were right on the money. The devil is always in the details & that is the difference between edible & awesome. I have subscribed to your channel & hope to learn much more- I'll be trying butter chicken, tandoori chicken & seekh kabab next. Thank you very much, & God bless, for posting these instructions & making me into a Chef!
