God I love days like this. Small, glassy but extremely fun with little barrels everywhere and hardly anyone out with blue skies to boot! So much fun, until everyone sees you getting all those little barrels and joins you.

anything in the downline left that closes your right? only got one glimpse of it & couldn't judge it's size/shape. mini pitting beach break tube laps. empty parking lot. i wouldn't be worthy but would humbly indulge. stay blessed

Just wondering why you put your wetsuit leg over your leash ankle strap?
@CainanParker16 күн бұрын
It’s something I’ve always done as well. In my head it’s so that there’s less of a reason for the water to pool up in your wetsuit leg, if the leash is wrapped around it it makes it harder to get out
@EmpoweredPPBUK16 күн бұрын
@@CainanParkerthanks, that makes sense. I thought it may stretch the suit leg as the leash gets pulled etc letting more water in quicker and shortening the life, but if not I will try it. I imagine it’s a bit safer in bigger surf as the leash strap is less likely to come unstuck with the wetsuit over it.
@jerrybow877916 күн бұрын
It’s so if the lip or some part of the wave hits your lower leg it can’t bust your leg rope open
@EmpoweredPPBUK15 күн бұрын
@@jerrybow8779 thanks, makes sense
@KalesBroccoli15 күн бұрын
Just to allow water to run out as opposed to getting caught in my leg! If the leggy is on the outside of the wetsuit, it tends to trap water in the leg, making a little bit hard to surf. In really big surf or anything around shallow reef etc sometimes I’ll leave it on the outside of the wetsuit just because it’s a bit easier to unstrap in case of emergency.

leash in your wet suit? I don't think I've seen something so controversial since the debate about peeing in your suit...new video foreshadowing about pointless surfing controversy? (don't be on the wrong side of surfing)

Yeh if your leash is on the outside, you end up surfing with your foot looking like it has a tumor cause of all the water inside 😂 it’s pretty funny watching someone try to pop-up on a wave but their thic foot is too heavy
