Snow line is the name of guesthouse. It's in Kalga village, himachal pradesh. Go to kasol or manikaran to reach there.

Well it was wooden room, first floor, facing west. Snowline homestay, that was cheap and best.

Hi, friend sorry for late reply, I didn't get the notice. Ok name of guest house is snow line. its number is always out of reach, i contacted several times then i gave up. A tip - i am not on facebook, but if you are, you might get the number if search snowline. it cost 400 to 500 rs, i ate on alu pratha, cheapest but still 35 rs. toilets are common, but clean. that place is perfect for writing or readying. maybe in july or aug i will return to that lovely place. because i am always recommending it to every one, i should also visit it again. bye and happy holiday

Staying in challal is cheaper than kasol. Expect 600rs for tent or room. While in kalga it's around 400 to 500 rs.

You are right, but in a village we can't expect dog's biscuits. Also dogs at homes or roadside eat leftover foods. Anyway those few biscuits were my gratitude towards that friendly dog.
