Hi Brother, I reside in Los Angeles California USA, I had a whole chicken thawing in my refrigerator when I came across your “Black Pepper Chicken Karahi” recipe and decided to cook it your way just like I’ve been doing in the past. After cutting up the chicken in 12 pieces as it was a 4.5 pounds of dressed chicken and applied your recipe to it and what a fantastic flavor it came out to be, fantastic! I also had mustard seed oil in my pantry which came in handy for your recipe. My wife and mother enjoyed it a lot with some Naan bread, wow! Keep up the good work with your recipes and keep surprising us with new ones. God bless you and your family.
