I'm 63, I checked it out for someone my age is supposed to be able to do 12 push ups holy crap. I last year did approximately 86,300 approximate. One of the best things for you but I have been working on it with a Bo staff and instruction. But these kali not only for protection but also great for just the cardiovascular that's what I want no I've been sized up by some young and so doesn't hurt to be able to crack a skull if you need it

Love how it's applicable to about anything that can be picked up even some ofnthese moves can apply to modern weapons one wouldn't expect with reasonable adjustments. Think spear, staff, Spada y Daga an stuff like double blades are my current favorites. May change as I get deeper into the program.

I struggle with moving the non-weapon hand. Any chance wd consider a vid JUST on when & how to time other hand during single-stick?

Or even double stick...I get tangled. One stick, while just holding hand to my chest, I can do.

Preciate this back in the day you had nothing like this you'd have to be in a street fight to get some lessons what does many people in my family 16 couldn't afford any instruction the streets is your instructions
