Blinding speed there dude. The first strike looks good against an attacking dog.

Very few people recognise the cardio benefits from this use of the drills - I'm changing their minds, though, by sending them here! (You should have your own "Kali Centre" special aluminium sticks!)

Thanks for the video, very informative. There is a lot of misinformation out there, a lot of stuff that's just been handed down as truth through the generations. Where did you get the information on not using a heavier stick to improve speed?

Enjoying your videos! Been using a lot of your drills in my training. Do you ever use hardwood sticks for your solo training ? I've been using my bahi sticks for some.time training drills.

Hello Paul, thank you very much for what you offer us. Is it good if I learn only 2 moves from each weapon and only train these?
@rightyouareken75874 жыл бұрын
Do you train both arms equally or focus on your dominant hand mostly?
@kevincopeland9352 жыл бұрын
I would train both arms because you never know when the moment comes you'll have to depend on your undominant hand. I'm a lefty but since most the world is set up right handed, I had to do many things right handed. I'm good w/ my left hand but I don't only have to depend on it & worry about using my other hand. My striking from sinawali drills are better from my right than my left though
