There was something so comforting about this video, watching you enjoy your time on your own, because as a foreigner, I imagine it took you some time to adjust to the culture and to make friends in Korea. I personally love spending time with myself and seeing you so confidently enjoying yourself at the beach or having a smoothie made me realise that maybe I could travel on my own (which I already want to do, but it still terrifies me a little). I think that so many people are pressured by society standards to have friends and be popular, so many of them wouldn't be able to do what you did in the day you filmed this on their own, so I'm glad to see there are individuals that don't fall within that criteria. The three professors that led the trip were all Korean, two born and raised, so we had great 'tour guides' that made the trip really easy to navigate. Some trip highlights were visiting Yoido (the biggest church in the world), going to the top of the Sky Tower, visiting Korea University, going to the Demilitarized Zone at the North Korean border (and running through the DMZ tunnels), going to the top of Namsan Tower, singing at a karaoke bar, going to Yongin Folk Village and wearing hanbok, shopping at Myeongdong and going to a cat cafe, and visiting the War Museum. And that's not even every activity we got to do! We packed in a lot in ten days!
