I played this a years ago, have they finished the map yet? or is the north and and east still empty?

While not fully finished, there is a ton more added that was not there 2 years ago. I played 2 years ago. Echo islands is now finished. There are quests in durotar. There are dungeons now. Some areas were changed and overhauled. While dalaran is not finished, there is still.stuff there like vendors for special mounts. Stonetalon is half done. Ashenvale has a good amount of progress too. I think desolace is done but I haven't been that far yet
