Kalivungan Festival 2024 Areal Pigkawayan

“The Kalivungan is a Maenuvu word which means getting together, and so, Kalivungan Festival is a gathering wherein people celebrate the abundance we have here in the province,” Provincial Governor Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza said.Kalivungan Festival is a cultural and harvest festival, a celebration of indigenous people, and a founding anniversary celebration in the province of Cotabato, Philippines. A week-long celebration, it is observed every 1st of September, which is declared as a nonworking holiday in the province.
