That is mystery to me also, but I think may be it's speed is more and it was an iconic symbol of travel which was earlier used for rich people. But please avoid rail motor since it will b uncomfortable definitely so Shivalik delux is the best option

Different between upper ,lower,cabin,coupe seats

In different train, different class is there. So if u choose cabin then u will get separate cabin like first class where max 4 person is allowed. So when u book the train try to book cabin / upper class. In Lower class, sit quality is not up the mark.
