I heard it somewhere and true that! Even dune was so slow but people called it masterpiece given its visuals and bgm and we people have gone mad by seeing the film when majority of us know that the movie was so so slow. But when we do that and Kalki is not even comparable to dune's slow pace. Now, some people will come and say why are comparing dune with this. Brothers, I'm complaining about the pace of the movie which is the complaint by many. Not even a single person who came out of theatre, said that visuals are bad. Everybody praised its visuals. Slow pace is necessary in this universe setting. Infact, I'd be surprised if everything is fast paced. I'm proud that our country has produced this film in very low budget "given its visuals".

Yes, Dune was slower than kalki but the it wasn't cringy, it didn't tried to be funny and most important of all the acting performances were amazing, While in Kalki if take out Amitabh sirs performance the whole movie looks cheap. Kamal Hassan looked good but he literally appeared for less than 2 minutes of screen time. So don't even compare it with Dune.

@@maxcloud3281 Yeah, Cringe is there..that I accept but not the whole movie. Only in certain parts. Prabhas character was cringy in first half excluding interval. But in second half, he was good. They wanted to establish his character as playful character but that didn't work in first half at all. But, in second half, it works in certain moments like punch between ashwathama and prabhas etc. Except prabhas first half part, first half was not cringe at all.
