It's always the comedians. The people most sad are always the ones trying to make everyone laugh. Mental health sucks man. Thanks for being you
@FurmummatoPP3 жыл бұрын
I have found that it's usually the one's who are comedians/funny because they like to make others laugh and smile. There is just this comfort in knowing you have made someone happy. Also cause they know what it's like to be sad pretty much all the time so if they can make someone else laugh especially someone who copes with mental health problems then they feel that slightly bit better.

Ive struggled wwith depression and had suicidal thoughts. The best quote I ever heard about why not to take your own life is that suicide doesn't end the pain, it just passes it to someone you loved.
@Fruitpvnch15 ай бұрын
Please don’t end your life, you have so much reasons to live, your family, any pets, friends, the joy when you have your favorite food, theme parks, your favorite animal, the pain other people go through, knowing you won’t be there anymore, don’t end it, people will miss you,
@kwl1894 ай бұрын
Right there with you. I’ve had a few attempts recently and I have no idea what is keeping me going. Some days what happens to the others in my family, passing the pain onto them doesn’t matter enough for me to stay. Some days it does. The thoughts themselves happened frequently to me but burnout pushed me over the edge.

I had a dog throughout a lot of my school time (I had her from 2006 (2nd ish grade) till 2019) and she saved my life more times than I can count. When I lost her I lost SO much motivation to do anything. My life just sat at a stand still as I auto piloted through it. In 2020 I got a new dog. I sometimes wish I can take back my innocence where I didn't have to care about the world as much. You think that it's only the quiet people that suffer but everyone has their own problems. You would never expect the person that is the human equivalent of happiness to suffer from depression....but we do. Kris brings happiness to this world like no other. Two thoughts saved me from suicidal ideation: "Will my cat survive until they find me?", and: "If I do this, my mother will literally die of grief." My mental health struggle started at age 15 and today, nearing forty, I am on disability because of it. I have ADHD, OCD, and depersonalization-derealization disorder. I am doing schema therapy to integrate my personality and will start trauma therapy in a while. Watching you describing your trauma broke my heart. Something I have to remind myself daily is that the road to recovery or management isn't a straight one, and each person reacts differently to trauma and to therapy. When I see you on KZbin I am envious and ashamed of myself (why can't I overcome like she can?) but maybe somebody else would feel the same about me. To anybody suffering: don't compare your road to someone else's. Your struggle is valid. I feel your message is incredibly strong and incredibly needed. Thank you so much for sharing.

I may sound like a liar or something like that when I'm saying this but I would like to say it anyways... So, I'm 10, and my best friend and I, her name is Valeah... We had s fight one day. Her parents are divorced. So, one day me and her were having a fight. It was at school. 4th grade. Keep that in mind, we both are only 10. So we were on a google document, because were weren't supposed to be talking. And we kept arguing. She ended up saying something like, "Well. Just kill me. It's not like anybody would care anyways." And at that moment I knew, she was being serious. I completely froze. I started shaking even. The people sitting around me, started looking at me like I was going crazy or something. I cried. My eyes started getting red and watery. Then... My teacher saw me. She said, "What's happening!? I don't care if somebody was talking or something just tell me what's wrong." Everbody froze. The others still didn't know what was happening, so they looked up. Then they saw me startingto ball. I was doing this because a cousin of mine commited suicide, and k!lled himself. My other cousin was thinking about it. She's only 18. Just turned this March. So then Valeah ran towards our teacher and said something I beleive went like, " I said something quite personal to her, on a google document. I would perfer not to say what I said though." Our teacher just said, "Okay then." And got back to work. I was still frozen in shock balling. Then she came towards me. Said, "Don't be shocked, I know you are." So then I sat up and said... Everybody looked at us immediently. I then said, "How in the world do you think I'm not going to be shocked when you litterally just asked me to k!ll you!?" Everbody went speechless. ~~~~ Later that night I told my parents, because I was deeply conserend. This morning I came across something that said: "National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 800-273-8255 If you or a loved one is deppressed or thinking about commiting suicid, please call this number: 800-273-8255." I suddenely worte it down in my journal. I have to mention, this was just yesterday, our last day of 4th grade. It sucks. Thank you for letting me feel comfortable enough to share this story. ❤🥰 I'm here if you EVER need somebody to talk to! That goes for anybody.❤🥰 Love you all!

I don't say this to discourage you but rather to encourage you that if you do not receive the kind of support that you had hoped for this doesn't mean you aren't deserving of help! When we share this kind of information with people they aren't sure what to do. They may dismiss your feelings or tell you to just be happy or don't worry about it. If you don't get the response you hope for go online and Google mental health support and your city. There are a lot of free public service resources that you can tap into. I’ve never seen a more clean & wholesome comment thread on this platform. To me that just speaks volumes for how much a good person she is.

I'm so fucking proud of you, as someone who's been through depression, anxiety and multiple attempts at sexual assault, I can't say I'm fully recovered, in fact I haven't recovered at all but people like you give me hope that one day It'll be better, that I'll enjoy my life, myself and body again so thank you for sharing this, and I'm so fucking proud of you, love u really ❤️❤️

Recovering class clown here. Thank you for your vulnerability kris. You are believed, and you are worthy of being believed. You are accepted, and you are worthy of acceptance. You are seen, and you are worthy of being seen.

I’m a class clown and I make people laugh by just getting the dopamine and nobody knew what I was going through and what happens at home and then they ask Landen what’s wrong and then I say nothing just been feeling down and then they say well you only live once so might as well be happy and that’s what they think but I don’t think that and they think I make them laugh by just being funny but it’s just to make me a little happier
