Suddenly bola ki ap salary lo month ka or jao..jab hoga fir bulaunga apko.. but koi call Aiya nahi and Maine bhi Hotel industry Chora..but Maine Mera study ko Kam PE laga kar Aj World top most Pharma company "Cipla" Ma job kar raha 2 year's done As a Assistant Manager.. Hello! I am myself in this industry in Mauritius. I am totally agree on what you are saying. This is not happening only in India. It is also happening here in Mauritius. None of the hotel is having proper manning, we are working under manning, I am myself a FNB supervisor and most of the time I can not completemy own task as such, as I don't have Bartenders to run two bars, I am my own waiter, beach waiter, bartender Supervising myself and completing all the tasks. Sometime I am so tired that I can't even smile to our guest, as my bosses have juice me out as much as they could. I have staff that is running the bar without any knowledge and out of equipments, we sign overtime sheet and same are sign by the management but at the end of the month most of these overtime are not being paid and ask us to go for RO. Stress level are so high that I started taking pills, and seeing a doctors. Unfortunately hospitality is not the same anymore. And still the management have the gut to say that this is the fault of the youngest. Sad but this is what we left today. Lies, left betrayed, misused.

@@periperiisfree Sure There is no time limit in hotel line and second salary is very less.Even if you do degree in hotel management, so it is no benefit to you. Because someone who has not done any HM course they're also working in hotel in same position.
