This is an intermediate level polymer clay tutorial. There are many, many ways of making Natasha beads/pendants and in this video I will show you seven of them (plus some variants).
The cutters I used:
polyclayplay.com/water-lily-p...
polyclayplay.com/sunflower-pe...
polyclayplay.com/sunflower-pe...
The super-thin and flexible blade that I am using to shave the backs can be found also at polyclayplay, in 4" length
polyclayplay.com/4-flexible-c...
and in 7,75" length (the one I'm using in the video)
polyclayplay.com/7-75-flexibl...
The rigid blade I'm using is the Amaco (the only one I use as it lasts FOREVER)
polyclayplay.com/clay-blade-a...

Awesome. Very fascinating to see these 7 techniques, put in a row and thus easy to compare and understand. It makes some things clearer for me and I learn a lot from this. I am looking forward to the following tutorials. Thank you Day. You are the best.

Thank you! The truth is, none of us knows exactly how creative we are until we try. And if you fail, keep trying. Something, at one point will click inside of your mind - that would be the door opening to what lies within.

i always move mine around,matching the sides to each other to see what patterns POP lol,these are Neat!! also when i cut large parts off i check them together as well some times you get neat patters there to
@KalyanaDesignTutorials
@KalyanaDesignTutorials 5 жыл бұрын
Oh absolutely! Usually when I'm not happy with the pattern I just put the pieces back and work the stack a bit more.
@Telenaus
@Telenaus 5 жыл бұрын
usually it gets more and more well smaller color patches which is why i started checking all the edges, they are each mirrored so its 3 more possibilities before remixing & it some times helps me match them to other tiles making a long pendant sometimes
