Yes Mudassir Bhaiya, You helped in bestowing us with immense knowlede 🙌 I also applied this learning when i was doing dopamine detox challenge and closed my whatsapp account for 3 months. I studied peacefully, i honed skills, cleared entrance exams and now I am selected in a top college of India 😊 no one except my family know what are my CBSE class 12th board marks. Still, many of my own friends are in complete doubt of where I am now and what the marks i got. If i have not done anything in solitude, I would have been into a hell of nothingness.
