Be very careful. Slow is smooth; and smooth is fast. YOU WILL CUT YOURSELF WHILE LEARNING TO CORRECTLY use THE KAMA or any sharpened bladed weapon. Do not pick the Kama up to practice unless you are 100% attentive and not feeling rushed or under stress. This is a wonderful representation of initial practice that leads to more complex combined movements. Remember: slow is smooth; and smooth is fast. The most fluid and smooth movements appear - visually - slow. Jerky movements appear fast but waste energy and are slower… …and you’ll cut yourself with jerky movements. Thank you! Awesome illustration!!!!!!!!
