I actually get this. I grew up thinking home ownership would never be something I could achieve. Now that I am a homeowner taking care of what I own and created for myself is important. A well kept lawn is the symbol of being proud and caring for something I worked hard for. I get not everyone feels that way and doesn’t keep up with their yard (and that’s fine) but to people that do it’s about being proud of what you have and the life you created.

Kamala is held to a different standard simply due to the LACK of unscripted interviews. Trump clowns himself all the time, but the man will sit with damn near anyone and just spitball. There seems to be 2 very different Kamala’s in these interviews and objectively speaking she seems very uniformed.
@kennethko1534Ай бұрын
This is the difference that people will have to decide on election day -- do you want a leader that can think for themselves, but more or less doesn't care at all about what other people think (Trump)? Or do you want a leader that'll rely on group consensus, but has little to no ability to think and react on their own (Harris)? Sadly, for an independent centrist moderate like me, there's no balanced candidate that isn't all 1 way and aspiring toward a happy median.
@parscompacta9241Ай бұрын
@@kennethko1534 You make good point. But it also depends on what an individual voter considers most important. Personally, I think 2 issues will make or break US in next 5yrs...the economy & illegal immigration (both issues are currently destroying multiple European countries & Canada). For me it's which of the 2 candidates will minimize the damage from the inflation & impending recession... & who will stop the ILLEGAL immigration. The rest is white noise.
