The interview about universal basic income was very informative, I’ve seen people on threads citing the study results to confirm their views that this doesn’t work and people will work less because I guess they think humans are lazy, but people don’t see that some participants work an ungodly amount of hours and that specially single parents reduced them to be with the families, in my view this really seems like a very positive result.

I’m sure some parents are able to do 10 fewer hours of PAID work every week and replace them with 10 more hours of IMPORTANT work. And that would be counted as a “decrease” in work/productivity even though, in a sense, it’s an increase.
