Here in South Africa, we're not in lockdown but we on level 2 which means curfew, no social gatherings, limited amount of people at churches, stores etc.. Feels like lockdown though lol

I’m from the uk. We are currently out of lockdown. Restaurants and non essentials stores are opened. It’s kinda gone back to normal but, we still follow the main rules like using a face mask and 2 metres social distancing in public e.g. in supermarkets. Hope that answers your question :) food looked amazing and you are the cutest couple🥺❤️

it's true that asia does do it better when it comes to food (and customer service, public transport, etc. generally) but even when it comes to 7-eleven/convenience store options and fast food chains like macca's, etc... dominos for e.g. here here in australia is naasstttyyyy but heaps better in asian countries. the chicken at KFC here has a strange 'sweaty' smell and undoubtedly are pumped with hormones so i don't buy burgers and chicken at KFC. also, wouldn't touch the sushi and sashimi options that they sell here in woolworths, etc. but sushi and sashimi sold in supermarkets or costco in japan is premium quality. having said that, i think it's not just the continent of asia but i think a lot of countries do it better than australia. you've got to remember that the foodie and hospitality culture in australia has really only accelerated in the last twenty years or so...and we're all thankful for that.
