Let me give you an example, Robert Whittaker was born in an Oceanic nation and currently resides in another Oceanic nation. When he was the UFC Middleweight champion, was he called the Oceanian champion or the Oceanian fighter? Is IZZY identified as an Oceanian fighter or champion? The answer to both these questions is NO, they weren't because you would have to be of Oceanic descent to be identified as Oceanian, the same applies to African. You can't be an individual of non African descent, and claim to be African or more African than actual people of African descent; that's not how it works. You would have to possess African ancestry to be identified as African.
