Kamasi and thundercat have been revolutionizing the jazz formula in ways no contemporary composer of the prime jazz collection could comprehend. I love what a tribe called quest brought to the youth of the 80s and 90s. Jazz has been integrated fully into the modern sound again. Bless up dude.

Upon further investigation, I apologize for thinking the Samuari in the Thundercat Them Changes video was Kamasi. This video thumbnail was small when I saw it and because I saw Thundercat in the title I just assume it was the same dude. This dude aint even a samuari. Cool music though! Thundercat is everywhere!

I'm not very familiar with Rap and HipHop, but ever since I heard Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp a Butterfly" album I have hoped for a classic Jazz album integrating rap (instead of vice versa). This is exactly what I hoped for.
