Agito gets heavily slept on by the fandom. I feel that since it's sandwiched in between Kuuga and Ryuki, the former revived Rider, and the other redefined it. While yes, I prefer both those two Agito ain't to shabby for what it is imo. Its crazy to think it was gonna be the last season at one point, and I'm happy it wasn't but it would've been a good sendoff

That’s because it was meant to be a sequel to Kuuga. You ever notice how G3 looks just like Kuuga? That’s because it’s mentioned in the show that the G3 was designed to fight “unidentified life forms” as in the Grongi. Also Agito is basically Kuuga Secondary Rider in the Kuuga manga adaptation.

Just started watching it last night i like it so far

It has its charms, the story is brilliant, but it struggles a bit in telling it. If you're anything like me I will advise you to prepare to be bored for a couple dozen episodes in the midsection of the show and then suddenly really engaged when the final ones roll up. It takes detours upon detours to pad the show's length until it has no choice but to dump all the exposition it had been holding in, instead of spreading it out across the span of the entire show to keep viewers on the edge of their seat like Kuuga does.

@@rpmblack7892 Well of course not, because Homecoming is the sequel to the Captain America Civil War (it really is actually, all MCU movies are connected to each other and each other's sequels unless they are the origin/original story of the characters) but Homecoming wasn't an origin story ad it directly was a sequel to the Civil War. Next Doctor Strange movie is the sequel to the No Way Home for example. MCU "canon" analogy doesn't work in this sense. Agito being a sequel rejected by producers but it is based on the same mythos, Kuuga was mentioned and said to be done with his enemies etc. it's a sequel. Much like how Kamen Rider V3 was a sequel to the first season.
